JOB DESCRIPTION – ODOO DEVELOPER

Experience required: Minimum 2 years

Job location: Coimbatore

Roles and responsibilities

Develop and customize Odoo modules and features according to business requirements and specifications.

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.

Work Closely with the Business Analysts Quality Analysts Project Managers and the Clients.

Design and implement efficient and scalable solutions within the Odoo framework. Create and modify reports workflows and dashboards to enhance system functionality. Integrate Odoo with thirdparty applications and systems such as payment gateways

shipping providers and CRM systems. Perform database migrations data import/export and system upgrades. Troubleshoot and debug issues identify root causes and implement corrective actions. Optimize system performance and ensure high availability and reliability. Conduct code reviews and provide guidance to junior developers when necessary. Stay uptodate with the latest Odoo versions Python tools and technologies to propose

and implement improvements. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science Software Engineering or a related field. Proven experience as an Odoo Developer or similar role a minimum of 2 years of

experience

Strong knowledge of the Odoo framework including ORM serverside APIs and module development.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python JavaScript and XML. Experience with PostgreSQL database management. Familiarity with web technologies including HTML CSS and JavaScript frameworks. Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical

solutions. Excellent problemsolving and debugging skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a

team environment. Proactive and selfmotivated with a passion for learning and keeping up with industry

trends. Preferred Qualification

Odoo certification or relevant certifications in related technologies. Experience in integrating Odoo with other enterprise systems. Knowledge of Linux server administration and deployment tools. Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
